Mineral Fiber Ceilings are Class A fire-rated, compatible with standard Armstrong suspension systems and perimeter trim, available in a broad range of textures, sizes and colors, and are recyclable at the end of their useful life. Some families are certified by USDA BioPreferred^SM Products Program.

Recommended Uses for Different Building Needs:

Restaurants and Food Preparation Areas

• Clean Room VL and FL - 2x2 or 2x4, vinyl film on tile face, most commonly used in kitchen areas, but  standard in acoustical qualities
• Ultima Health Zoom – offers noise reduction and esthetic visual difference, has high washability
• Georgian – no noise reduction

All the above are washable, scrubable, and are accepted in food prep areas, plus they offer non perforated surfaces.  These tiles are highly fire resistant and have fire retardant qualities for high heat areas

Schools 

Schools tend to seasonally cycle HVAC systems. This is very important since these tiles withstand sag and humidity
