Glass Less Mirror Ceiling Tiles 2′ x 4′ Grid Suspended 1″ Thick are “MADE IN THE USA” and is a technological development providing safety and easy installation. They are  lightweight and shatterproof and can easily drop into a standard 24″ x 24″x 1″ or 24″ x 48″ x 1″ Grid Suspended Ceiling system, wall mount or movable or non moveable stand. The material is a thin, super reflective film, stretched over a lightweight aluminum frame. With multiple mounting options they are perfect to replace heavy traditional mirrors in theaters, building lobbies or anywhere else where a high quality, unbreakable reflective surface is needed.

This product can be installed in the 15/16″ grid or mounted on the wall reflect an optical image that is bright, clear and free of distortion. The offer several benefits over traditional mirrors such as being lightweight, completely shatterproof, having many customization options and the ability to be installed just about anywhere. Being safe, lightweight and easy to install  they provide the perfect solution when a mirror is needed.

This product consist of a rigid foam core framed by an aluminum extrusion. The frame has a raised lip around the four edges. A polyester film, aluminized on the back, is stretched across the raised edges to form the surface. Because the film is mounted on the raised edges, an air space is created between the back of the film and the core. The air space, 1/8 inch allows the film to flex under minor impact without damage. The glassless mirror ceiling  tiles expand reflection beyond  the practical limitations of conventional glass mirrors. This unique material and construction provide clarity, ghost less images and distortion free color previously found only in more expensive front surface. Being lightweight and portable they require no complex mounting system and being shatterproof they are safe and able to withstand shock and vibration.
